A Second Touch

A Second Touch opened its doors in May 2015 with the mission to assist individuals and their families in navigating community resources.

Our goal is to listen and implement a person-centered plan to meet the individual’s needs. Caregivers are often forgotten; at A Second Touch, we understand that providing direct care for a loved one can be challenging, which is why consistency is our priority with all families.

Eligibility Be a resident of New Jersey. Be 21 or older for services Live in your own home or with family. DDD and Medicaid eligible.
