A Work of Heart is a psychotherapy practice with offices in Allendale & Oradell, NJ, offering individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Appointments are available after school, in the evening, and on weekends. In-person and telehealth options available. We are an out-of-network provider and do not provide in-home therapy. 

Our focus is on helping you discover the obstacles that are keeping you from feeling empowered and effective in life, and overcoming them. Some of our specializations include working with children/teens with anxiety or depression, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, self-esteem-related issues, LGBTQ-needs, parent coaching, future planning for families of children with disabilities, family therapy, counseling for young adults and engaged couples, school-related issues, and changing family dynamics.
