Through our comprehensive network of public and private partners, we’ve been finding solutions for people and businesses for over 50 years.

We’ve trained and mentored individuals with disabilities, helping them become productive employees who take pride in their accuracy and efficiency. We partner with more than 200 South Jersey businesses to provide employment and employment-related services for over 800 people each year.

Working in your facility or in our 32,000-square-foot packaging and fulfillment center, we will customize a cost-effective plan for your most demanding needs. Youth Transition
Youth Transition is a coordinated set of service choices that facilitate ease of movement from school to post-school activities including post-secondary education, vocational training, employment / supported employment, and/or adult services case management.  Youth Transition Services include both School-to-Careers academic year programming and Extended School Year summer programming. We also provide all five Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS).

Evaluation Services
Evaluation Services use vocational counseling, testing tools, work samples, and hands-on real-work opportunities to help determine one's vocational interests, strengths, and any necessary job accommodations to make a good job match. Several evaluation program types available.

Supported Employment
Supported Employment services use a team approach to help individuals attain and maintain competitive integrated employment.  Staff will assist you with job developing, maintaining employment once you are hired, and monitor your progress throughout your entire program.  Once employed, you will receive intensive one-on-one job coaching.  After you have successfully met the employer’s standards for your position, Abilities Solutions’ staff will begin a fading process.  You will then enter Long-Term Follow Along where a Job Coach/Job Developer will visit and/or call you at your home or job site periodically, but no less than once per month to ensure your continued success.

Transitional Employment
Transitional Employment programming is available for extensive training in preparation for competitive integrated employment at your own pace.  You will have a Case Manager/Coach who will help you continue to strive towards your individual employment goals, and as appropriate, refer you to suitable services.
