Arabic-Speaking Trauma-Focused Therapy in Bergen County
At our Bergen County practice, we are proud to offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health services for Arabic-speaking individuals and families. Our therapists understand the importance of providing care in your native language and within the context of your unique cultural background. Whether you or your loved one is navigating the challenges of trauma, we are here to support you with compassion, clinical expertise, and cultural sensitivity.
Trauma-Focused, Culturally Competent Care
Our approach is rooted in trauma-focused therapy models that are evidence-based and tailored to each individual’s needs. We recognize how trauma—whether experienced in childhood, through displacement, war, abuse, or other adverse life events—can shape emotional health and daily functioning. Our team is trained in modalities such as EMDR, TF-CBT, and somatic-based interventions that help clients process and heal from deep-rooted trauma while building resilience and emotional regulation skills.
