Our services include:

Eligibility	- For funeral assistance: lost child must be over 20 weeks gestation and up to 2 years of age // family is low-income or financially burdened - The loss occured within the past 12 months - 18 years or older - Documentation of stillbirth, neonatal death, or infant loss under 12 months required
