On behalf of Barnhill Creative Counseling, LLC, I am pleased to share information about our agency’s services and our commitment to supporting the children, youth, and families we serve as part of the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC).

BCC is an approved provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) services. Our licensed clinicians partner with families to address emotional, behavioral, and relational needs, ensuring that services are youth-centered, culturally responsive, and aligned with CSOC goals.

In addition to our IIC offerings, BCC is proud to provide ARC Grow, an evidence-based caregiver intervention program. ARC Grow focuses on building Attachment, Regulation, and Competency within families. By equipping caregivers with practical skills and strategies, ARC Grow strengthens the caregiver-child relationship, reduces the impact of trauma, and promotes long-term family stability. This model complements CSOC’s mission to keep children safely supported in their homes and communities.

We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with Care Management Organizations, Mobile Response and Stabilization Services, and other CSOC partners to ensure timely access to high-quality care for youth referred through PerformCare.
