Trauma-Informed Care
We offer a sensitive and personalized approach for clients healing from trauma or difficult past experiences. By integrating evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-focused therapy, we support recovery through individual therapy and also provide child and adolescent therapy, as well as family therapy, to ensure a holistic healing process.
Intensive In-Community Therapy
We provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapy for youth and families referred through PerformCare New Jersey. This service is flexible and can be delivered in-home or in the community, specifically designed to support children and adolescents (ages 5–21) who are facing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. Our approach includes options for child and adolescent therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy to ensure comprehensive support for every young person and their family.
Behavioral Assistant
Behavioral Assistance (BA) provides one-on-one support to help children and adolescents build skills, improve behavior, and function more effectively at home and in the community. Using an individualized plan, short-term and measurable goals are developed with the child, family, referring agency, and licensed provider. BA services address a wide range of needs, including anger management, parent–child conflict, aggression, impulse control, communication, social skills, anxiety, coping skills, depression, self-esteem issues, and oppositional behaviors. While also supporting parents in applying new strategies at home.
