Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Services works with children and teens and their families on a variety of presenting problems. CAPS-NJ specializes in psycho-education and parent training, a treatment geared towards helping parents and their children with attention and/or behavior problems, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

We offer several evidence-based treatment modalities in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other behavioral issues. We support both the parents and child and help families understand the challenges they face and work towards building coping skills to deal with those challenges so that they are able to succeed and thrive.
