When adding clinicians to our team, we look for those who love providing intensive in-community (IIC) services – it has to be more than a career, we truly enjoy helping our families. To do this, we ask our team to:

• Be in constant communication with the Care Managers
• On-time update of the notes in Cyber
• And honest billing
