Excellent TransCare is a DDD-approved provider offering safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation and community support services for individuals of all ages throughout New Jersey. We are a contracted vendor with Easterseals, Acumen, and Public Partnerships (PPL), proudly serving participants under the DDD Supports and Community Care Programs.

Our services include Individual Supports, Community-Based Supports, Respite, Support Brokerage, and Non-Emergency Medical, Community, and Student Transportation. We also provide certified and trained support aides who accompany individuals during transportation to ensure comfort, safety, and personalized care.

Our team includes certified and trained Self-Directed Employees (SDEs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and Mobility Assistance Vehicle Operators (MAVOs) who specialize in wheelchair and mobility transport. Each driver and aide completes comprehensive training and screening, including national and local background checks, drug screening, CARI checks, CPR/First Aid, Seizure Recognition & Response, Passenger Safety, and Wheelchair Securement & Restraint certification.

Excellent TransCare maintains certified instructors and also provides training courses to the public to promote safe, inclusive, and professional standards of care across the community.

We also offer private pay services for individuals, families, schools, and organizations seeking dependable transport or support services outside of DDD authorization.
