Grace Family and Community Counseling Services provides community-based Intensive In-Community (IIC) behavioral health services, through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. We provide quality mental and behavioral healthcare services to children, adolescents, and eligible young adults. These individually prescribed services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each youth. All treatment care and support services are provided in a context that is child-centered, family-focused, strength-based, culturally competent, and responsive to each child’s psychosocial, developmental, and treatment care needs. IIC is generally short-term and solution-focused, utilizing a child and family-centered wraparound approach. Our goal is to provide strength-based, youth-oriented, cognitive-behavioral therapy and education to individuals so they can acquire the appropriate skills needed to overcome any obstacles that they are facing in their lives.
We believe that accessibility to quality mental health care, integrity, compassionate, and excellent clinical care are values that are most important in our clinical practice.
Grace Family and Community Counseling Services, LLC, is respectful and responsive to clients’ cultural backgrounds, informed and guided by strong ethical practice and multicultural guidelines.
