With 27 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with individuals and families across the lifespan. My practice includes play therapy with children, family therapy, teen and young adult support, couples counseling, and individual therapy.

I bring advanced training in child development, drawing on the work of Margaret Mahler, as well as expertise in contextual therapy, Circle of Security, Theraplay, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Sand Tray Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

My approach is grounded in creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment where clients of all ages can strengthen connections, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth.
