Services Offered:
- Outreach to identify those at risk of suicide.
- Case management services and VA benefits assistance for eligible individuals and their families.
- Education on suicide risk and prevention to families and communities.
- Provision of clinical services for emergency treatment.
- Assistance with obtaining and coordinating benefits provided by government, or an eligible entity.
- Assistance with emergent needs for health care services, daily living services, personal financial planning & counseling, transportation services, fiduciary and representative payee services, legal services to assist with issues that may contribute to the risk of suicide, and child care.
- Family members complete an intake form and the mental health screenings; however, family members do not need to also be at risk for suicide.
