Youth Leadership Camp 2026 is a free, three-day immersive leadership experience designed for students in grades 9–12. The camp helps students build confidence, resilience, and practical leadership skills by learning how to embrace challenges, persist through setbacks, and understand how abilities grow through effort, strategy, and dedication.

Grounded in growth-mindset research, the program uses interactive workshops, group discussions, and experiential activities to strengthen self-awareness, communication, and problem-solving skills. Students participate in a small cohort (22–25 participants) to ensure meaningful engagement and individualized support.

The camp takes place May 22–24, 2026, at the NJ Christian Academy Retreat Center in Cream Ridge, NJ. The program is facilitated by experienced leaders and professionals and is offered at no cost, with a $100 refundable deposit returned upon camp completion and survey submission.

This program is funded by the FY 2025–2026 Community Resources Development Fund through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care.
