Navigating Grief through the Holidays

It is okay if you are dreading the holidays this year. When you are carrying the heavy weight of loss, the upcoming season can feel deeply painful, exhausting, and incredibly lonely. Please know that however you are feeling right now is completely valid—and you do not have to walk through this dark season alone.

If you need a safe place to just be with your grief, we invite you to join us for a gentle, loving 4-week online series: Navigating Grief for the Holidays.

This space is completely free, and absolutely everyone is welcome, no matter who you are missing or how long they have been gone. There is no pressure to "fix" anything here.
Together, we will simply hold space for your pain, honor your love, and help you find gentle ways to breathe through the coming weeks.

You will be in safe, tender hands.

The series is led by Stephanie Lashley, a Board-Certified Grief and Loss Counselor, who brings deep compassion and professional guidance to our circle.

We will gather safely from the comfort of your own home. Please reach out and save your spot today.
