Innerspace Counseling Launches In Our Space, A Mental Health Podcast
Innerspace Counseling is opening up a new space for mental health conversations, and the community is invited. In Our Space, the organization’s new podcast, brings their team’s expertise to accessible discussions about mental health, treatment, and finding support.
Episode 1 focuses on Perinatal Mental Health — understanding PMADs and recognizing when to seek help. The episode is hosted by Ira Hays, LCSW, with guests Ajita Shah, LPC, NCC, ACS, PMH-C, and Ololade “Lola” Ekwere, PhD, APN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, PMH-C. Together, they explore mental health during pregnancy and postpartum, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and how individuals and families can identify when additional support may be needed.
Whether someone is expecting, navigating postpartum, supporting a loved one, or caring for families professionally, they are invited to watch or listen.
Listeners can tune in on RSS.com, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, or YouTube. Those who enjoy the conversation are encouraged to follow or subscribe on their preferred platform and share the episode with someone who may benefit.
