Maximum Community Support Services Expands from Maryland to New Jersey

Maximum Community Support Services is proud to announce its expansion from Maryland into New Jersey, bringing its experience and commitment to person-centered care to adults 21+with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a New Jersey DDD provider, Maximum Community Support Services is committed to helping individuals increase independence, participate meaningfully in their communities, and receive individualized support based on their unique needs and goals.

Services include in-home supports, Community Based Supports, respite, individualized DDD services, DDD contracted Physicial Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Maximum Community Support Services also has a Board-Certified Behavorial Therapist on its team, with a Day Program coming soon.

While services are available throughout New Jersey, Maximum is currently placing a special focus on Middlesex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties and is actively building relationships with individuals and families, Support Coordinators, healthcare professionals, and community organization.

Maximum Community Support Services welcomes opportunities for referrals, resource sharing, and community collaboration.
