ASD Life Coaches

Offering Life Skills Coaching for Autistic and Neurodivergent Adults and their Families

ASD Life Coaches is one of the largest and longest-running neurodivergent life coaching companies in the country, specializing in personalized coaching for autistic adults, individuals with ADHD, and those who are AuDHD. Founded and led by Jaclyn Hunt, who is widely recognized as a pioneer in the autism life coaching field, our team works alongside neurodivergent adults, their families, and the people who support them to help each person build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their own way.

Life coaching is a practical, forward-focused, goal-driven partnership. We don't look backward, but rather, we work with you to figure out where you want to go, build a clear plan to get there, and develop the real-world skills that make it happen. Every coaching plan is completely individualized. No cookie-cutter programs, no one-size-fits-all approaches. Just meaningful support tailored to the whole person.

We work with autistic adults and neurodivergent individuals across a wide range of areas, including organization and time management, building friendships and professional relationships, navigating major life changes (like starting college, entering the workforce, or living more independently), self-advocacy, daily life skills, goal-setting, and so much more. We also offer coaching and various programs for parents, siblings, and couples who want support along the way.

Based in New Jersey and serving clients across the country, ASD Life Coaches has supported thousands of adults over the past 15 years. We are an approved vendor with the NJ Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) under Goods and Services, an ESA Scholarship Fund provider, a vendor with the School District of Philadelphia, and with California's Self Determination Program. Virtual sessions and in-person sessions are both available, and we offer a free 30-minute consultation for anyone who wants to learn more.
