Avidd Community Services of NJ’s Innovative Pre-ETS Program offers a fresh, hands-on approach to helping students with disabilities prepare for their future. The program provides students with opportunities to explore careers, develop workplace skills, and gain meaningful experiences that connect learning to the real world.

Through a combination of Virtual Reality, interactive in-person training sessions, and real-life work experiences, students are able to explore different career paths and gain a better understanding of what it is like to work in a variety of settings.

The program is designed to make career exploration engaging and accessible by giving students opportunities to learn through hands-on activities and experiences. Students can build confidence, practice important workplace skills, and explore their interests while preparing for future employment and greater independence.
