Bridges Supports Coordination

Bridges Supports Coordination connects people with disabilities and their families to the services, resources, and relationships that help them build meaningful, self-directed lives. Through compassionate, person-centered Supports Coordination, Bridges empowers people to navigate systems, pursue their goals, and stay truly connected to their communities.

Founded by the Godown family in 2016, we serve people across 13 counties in New Jersey.

Our mission is simple but meaningful – to walk alongside people through thoughtful, purposeful Support Coordination.
We believe everyone deserves a clear path to the life they want, and we are here to help make that path possible. Our team is dedicated to creating positive change, building one caring, personalized bridge at a time.

We envision a future where everyone has:

  • Choice in how they live
  • Connection to supportive, meaningful relationships
  • Confidence to pursue their goals
  • A community where they are welcomed and belong

Together, we are creating a world where disability is never a barrier to opportunity—and where every person can grow, contribute, and live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
