Dr. Stephen Oreski & Associates is a psychotherapy practice located in Paramus, New Jersey, serving individuals and families throughout Bergen County. Our team of licensed clinicians works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families and strives to match each client with a therapist who fits their individual needs and concerns.

We provide support for a variety of mental health and life challenges, including anxiety and panic, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, stress and burnout, relationship and family concerns, school-related stress, self-esteem, and life transitions.
