Dream Mental Health Services is a mental and behavioral health agency dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of children, individuals, and families throughout New Jersey. We provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based services designed to address behavioral and mental health challenges, strengthen families, and help individuals achieve their goals.

We provide short-term, goal-oriented therapeutic services to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Services are delivered in the home or community and focus on improving functioning, strengthening family relationships, and promoting long-term stability.

Clinical Evaluations - Through Flex Funds

We also offer specialized evaluations through the New Jersey Children's System of Care (CSOC), with funding available through approved Flex Funds authorizations.

Areas of Clinical Expertise
Our clinicians provide individualized support for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, oppositional behaviors, family conflict, emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring disorders.

Treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, family therapy, parenting support, and trauma-informed care.
