Executive Functioning Success Lab
The Parent TRAIN offers specialized services and learning support tailored to each child's unique needs. Our team works closely with children, families, and schools to help children build confidence, develop important skills, and experience greater success both at home and in the classroom.
Behavioral Supports
Our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior technicians provide individualized behavioral support designed to help children develop positive and functional behaviors. Through personalized strategies, caregiver guidance, and consistent support, we work to identify the underlying reasons behind challenging behaviors and teach children more effective ways to communicate and respond.
With parent coaching and ongoing support, families can learn practical strategies they can use in everyday situations. Our goal is to create meaningful, lasting changes that help children become more successful at home, school, and within their communities. With the right tools, consistency, and support, positive change is possible!
ADHD & Executive Function Coaching
Our ADHD and Executive Function Coaching helps children develop the skills they need to feel more organized, confident, and independent. Coaching focuses on practical strategies for organization, time management, planning, prioritizing, task initiation, focus, working memory, self-monitoring, and self-advocacy.
Children learn how to break larger assignments and responsibilities into manageable steps, create routines, manage their time effectively, and develop strategies for staying focused and completing tasks. We also help children recognize their individual strengths and challenges so they can learn how to advocate for the support they need.
Through individualized coaching and hands-on strategies, children can strengthen their ability to manage schoolwork, homework, daily responsibilities, and long-term goals. Our goal is to help children become more confident, capable, and independent learners — skills that can benefit them at school and throughout their lives.
