Family Resource Network (FRN)

The Family Resource Network provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in NJ.

The Family Resource Network is a comprehensive family-focused umbrella of organizations designed to meet the growing need for community-based programs and services to individuals and families with a variety of disabilities and chronic conditions through our three affiliate organizations: Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey. The Family Resource Network is a statewide organization with offices located in East Windsor, New Jersey. FRN serves approximately 30,000 individuals annually.

    Get FIT focuses on the concept of staying active and healthy, decreasing the risk of secondary conditions, and promoting access to community wellness and fitness programs for people with IDD and their caregivers.

    NJ Support Coordination is a leader in Support Coordination and has been serving the state of NJ for 15 years. We are one of the original 3 support coordination agencies in the state. Our support coordinators are highly trained in ISP writing and the person-centered planning process. We would love the opportunity to serve you.

    The Family Resource Network’s New Jersey Work Incentives Network Support (NJWINS) program assists Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) beneficiaries to start, continue or increase work efforts while maintaining benefits for as long as they are needed.

    Out N’ About (ONA) is a community inclusion program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through ONA, participants explore new environments, build meaningful relationships, and engage with the world around them.
