Home to Stay provides home care and person-centered disability services designed to help individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully in their homes and communities.
Our home care services provide individualized assistance based on each person’s needs, including support with activities of daily living, personal care, companionship, household tasks, community activities, and maintaining independence at home. We recognize that every individual and family has different needs and work to provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support.
We also provide a range of disability and employment services, including Supported Employment, Individual Supports, Community-Based Supports, Respite, and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). Our programs help individuals develop independent living skills, prepare for and maintain employment, strengthen self-advocacy and workplace readiness skills, participate in their communities, and work toward personally meaningful goals.
Home to Stay collaborates with individuals, families, Support Coordinators, DVRS counselors, schools, employers, and other community partners to coordinate services and provide consistent, high-quality support.
Our goal is to help each person achieve greater independence, choice, inclusion, safety, and quality of life while receiving services tailored to their individual strengths, needs, and goals.
