Inner Healing Counseling LLC is a place of growth, transformation, and healing. Our environment is a compassionate, safe, and empowering space where children, adolescents, and families can thrive, achieve emotional well being, and make positive life changes. Inner Healing Counseling provides Intensive In Community Services to children and families. Services are provided by clinically licensed individuals, as well as Master Level Therapist. Additionally, we provide Behavior Assistance Services to youth and families. We are proud to offer services in Spanish and provide culturally competent care. We use evidence-based strategies to help children and teens process and navigate through a wide range of emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and low-self esteem. When working with children and teens we use play, art, music, and movement. Through the power of play, we strive to create a safe environment where children can freely express themselves, as traditional “talk therapy” generally doesn’t work well with children because kiddos process their experiences differently than adults. We also utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy with teens to teach skills and strategies that can be used daily to help manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
