A virtual process group providing an affirming and supportive space for LGBTQ+ adults ages 18+ to explore identity and process emotions related to lived experiences. Young adulthood can be a time of transition, self-discovery, and navigating complex social and relational dynamics. This group offers an opportunity to engage in parallel processing alongside peers with shared experiences.

Group members are invited to show up authentically, reflect openly, and build community within a safe, inclusive environment without pressure to have everything figured out.
