Michael Angelo Pathways is a clinically driven mental health provider dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families across New Jersey. Founded and led by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Certified Clinical Supervisor, the agency integrates more than a decade of experience in community mental health, substance use treatment, and intensive in-community (IIC) care.

Our practice is rooted in the belief that every individual and family possesses inherent strengths, resilience, and the capacity for meaningful change. Michael Angelo Pathways specializes in treating a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and substance-related challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, social skills, family conflict, and co-occurring disorders. Our clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Illness Management & Recovery (IMR), and trauma-informed interventions. For youth and families impacted by substance use, we offer targeted support, psychoeducation, relapse-prevention planning, and recovery-oriented skill-building.

We partner closely with families, caregivers, schools, community supports, and systems providers to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each youth, emphasizing emotional regulation, communication skills, boundary-setting, self-esteem, coping skills, and practical problem-solving strategies. Our goal is to help young people develop the tools they need to thrive—emotionally, socially, and behaviorally—while strengthening family relationships and support networks.
