Mindful Psychotherapy, LLC is a mental health agency that provides both in-home services to youth (between the ages of 3 and 21) and outpatient therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families of all ages. We have experience working with diverse populations, which include the following: clients undergoing various mental health difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, stress-related issues, and behavioral health care challenges, as well as immigration-related issues.
Mindful Psychotherapy utilizes a holistic approach to healing to help improve health and wellness through the body, mind, and soul. Mindful Psychotherapy provides children and families with coping strategies, mindfulness skills, health coaching, parent education, psycho-education, and crisis intervention. We provide comprehensive, specialized mental and behavioral health services in-home, in-office, and virtually to meet you where you feel the most comfortable.
