About The Doctor:
Dr. Carl C. Papandrea is a licensed psychologist and Director of Mental Health at Essex County Correctional Facility. He specializes in psychological evaluations across correctional and community settings, with expertise in risk, custody, neuropsychological, and developmental assessments. He also provides autism and disability evaluations, guiding families, schools, and agencies in accessing services and supports.
