In addition to providing services in the office, New Life Counseling & Mental Health Services, LLC is an Intensive In-Community Service provider within the Division of Children’s System of Care (DCSOC). Behavioral Health Services are delivered to youth in their home to support the least restrictive environment.

We offer professional counseling services to adults, adolescents, children, and families through individual and group therapy in the following:

The identified clients are youth between the ages of 5 and 18 years. The goal is to provide intensive intervention, stabilization, and supportive services with families in order to prevent residential placement, family, and or school disruptions. Treatment and support services are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based, culturally competent, and responsive to each child’s psychosocial, developmental, and treatment care needs.

We specialize in treating:

  • ADD - Attention Deficit Disorder
  • ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • ODD - Oppositional Defiance Disorder
  • SEL - Social/Emotional Learning

A team of highly dedicated licensed clinical therapists and certified behavioral assistants is matched with families and youth who request services and work to help them meet their individualized goals. Service plans are developed with the family and youth to ensure that goals are measurable, short-term, and solution-focused.

New Life Counseling & Mental Health Intensive In-Community Providers offer flexible hours to meet family schedules. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Behavioral intervention plans and coping strategies
  • Caring and compassionate licensed clinical independent contractors in the following fields: LCSW, LPC, LCADC, LMFT, LAC, LSW
  • Clinical staff certified to provide: Bio-Psycho-Social Needs Assessments;
  • Clinical staff that specializes in: Trauma Focused-CBT; Substance abuse; family therapy; adoption, DBT; DD; play therapy & grief counseling.
  • DCSOC certified behavioral assistants
  • Parent education and support; collaboration, treatment planning
  • Referrals for psychiatric and medication monitoring
  • The stabilization of foster placements or children placed with relatives
  • Tutoring

New Life Counseling and Mental Health offers professional development for caregivers in parenting, effective discipline, and communication. We can design workshops and supportive groups to meet your specific needs and concerns.
