Next Step Coaching and Counseling Services is a New Jersey behavioral health agency providing community-based services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care (CSOC).

• Intensive In-Community (IIC) clinical services, delivered by licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and supervised associate-level clinicians)
• Behavioral Assistance (BA) services, providing direct one-on-one behavioral support, coping skills, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and life skills development
• Family psychoeducation and caregiver support
• Care coordination with Care Management Organizations, schools, and community providers

How services are delivered
All services are provided in person in the youth's own environment, including the home, school, and community setting. Providers are assigned based on county, clinical need, language, and youth presentation.

Populations served
Children and adolescents and their families, including youth presenting with ADHD and ODD, autism spectrum disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression, emotional regulation difficulties, aggression, family conflict, school refusal, and court involvement.

Clinical approach
Next Step is an ARC-trained agency (Attachment, Regulation and Competency, Rutgers/NJ CSOC Cohort 1), and integrates trauma-informed, attachment-focused practice across all levels of service delivery. All services are provided under structured clinical supervision.

English, with bilingual English/Spanish provider capacity available.
