The FELLAS Program, offered by the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey (PMCH), is designed to support fathers and father?like figures who play an important role in a child’s life. The program provides mentorship, life?skills coaching, goal?setting support, health and wellness education, and community engagement opportunities.
Participants are paired with a Fatherhood Program Specialist who offers one?on?one guidance, parenting support, and access to local resources that promote family stability, emotional well?being, and stronger father?child relationships.
FELLAS welcomes fathers, stepfathers, partners, uncles, mentors, or any male caregiver who influences a child’s growth and family environment. The program strengthens confidence, communication, and leadership skills while connecting participants to employment resources, peer support, and community partners.
Services are free and available to fathers and father?figures residing in Passaic, Essex, or Hudson County who are raising or supporting a child ages 0–24.
