Peaceful Minds Therapy Center LLC provides high-quality, community-based mental and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and eligible young adults through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care. Our services are designed to meet each youth where they are and provide individualized support based on their unique emotional, behavioral, developmental, social, and family needs.
Our Intensive In-Community (IIC) services provide individualized behavioral health support in the youth’s home and community. Services are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based, and culturally responsive. We work collaboratively with youth, families, caregivers, schools, and other members of the treatment team to develop strategies that promote positive behavioral change, emotional stability, healthy relationships, and improved functioning.
In addition to our community-based services, Peaceful Minds Therapy Center LLC is developing an afterschool mental health program that will provide children and adolescents with a safe and supportive environment after school. The program will combine mental health support, skill-building activities, social-emotional development, and structured recreational and educational activities. Youth will have opportunities to develop coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, strengthen social skills, and learn healthy ways to manage emotions and behaviors.
Our afterschool program will also provide support for families by creating a structured environment where youth can receive additional guidance and participate in positive activities outside of traditional school hours. The program will be designed to promote emotional wellness, prevent behavioral challenges from escalating, and support youth in developing skills that can be applied at home, at school, and within their communities.
At Peaceful Minds Therapy Center LLC, we believe every youth has strengths and the ability to grow. Our approach focuses on identifying those strengths, building supportive relationships, and providing individualized services that promote long-term emotional, behavioral, and social well-being.
