Quest Autism Programs, Inc

Quest Autism Programs, Inc. is a day program for adults with autism. Our organization is committed to a person-centered approach in all aspects of programming, ensuring that each individual's strengths, preferences, and goals are at the core of everything we do.?

We operate using a hybrid service model that provides a rich variety of opportunities for growth, engagement, and independence. This includes supported employment, volunteer opportunities, community integration, and field trips. ?

At Quest Autism Programs, Inc., we strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where adults with autism can thrive and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Instructional Philosophy and Staffing
Our instructional approach is grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), utilizing empirically validated teaching strategies and techniques to support ongoing training and individualized treatment.?

Each participant has a customized program plan developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). These plans are tailored to meet individual needs and typically focus on:?

  • Acquiring new vocational and life skills to encourage independent living and aging in place with dignity
  • Increasing work endurance
  • Maintaining and generalizing previously learned skills
  • Reducing challenging behaviors?

Every participant is supported by a trained Job Coach. Job Coaches are responsible for implementing individualized plans, collecting data on participant progress, providing transportation to job sites and events, and promoting active community involvement. Participants are often paired with peers who have similar interests and goals to foster socialization and collaborative learning.

Attendance
Enrolled participants must attend all day program activities, year-round and on-site unless the program is closed by the state due to an emergency. QAP is closed for three weeks of vacation during the year, as well as some federal holidays.

Transportation
Transportation within the community is provided for our participants. Families must provide transportation to and from the program. Quest is located at an Access Link accessible location.
