RightWay ABA is a BCBA owned and led company where ABA therapy is done right. RightWay ABA provides ABA services to children with ASD in homes, daycares, centers and within the community. By utilizing years of experience and a wide range of clinical and organizational skills, we are creating an ABA experience that is smooth, stress-free and successful.

RightWay ABA has a six-step intake process:

1. Intake Packet Completed - The intake team has received the completed intake forms and started the onboarding process.
2. Eligibility Confirmed & Assessment Request - Our team has verified your child's insurance eligibility and submitted the requests to insurance for the initial assessment.
3. Initial Assessment Approved - Insurance has approved the initial assessment and we are ready to schedule your child's appointment. 
4. Assessment Drafted & Submitted - The assessment is done! We've submitted the results and treatment plan to insurance for review and authorization.
5. Team Assigned & Case Coordination - Your child has been matched with a BCBA and a BT, and we are finalizing case coordination and scheduling.
6. Services Ready to Begin - Everything is ready for your child's ABA therapy sessions, and you are set to begin!
