Set Her Up | Middle & High School Girls

Growing up comes with a lot of changes: friendships shift, emotions can feel bigger, and navigating school and social situations isn’t always easy.

Set Her Up is a supportive space for middle and high school girls to connect with peers, build confidence, talk through everyday challenges, and strengthen skills around communication, friendships, and emotional regulation.

Groups are facilitated by our Set It Up team of high school social workers, creating a space where girls can feel comfortable being themselves, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Set Her Up will be offered four times throughout the year: fall, winter, spring, and summer, giving girls the opportunity to participate throughout the year as their needs and schedules change. See our website for the most up to date information or email [email protected]
