I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of being seen, heard, and understood. I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories and the experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.
My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University and continued with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University. Along the way, I discovered that my true passion was helping people navigate the moments in life when they feel overwhelmed, lost, hurt, or uncertain about what comes next.
As an LPC, my approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I want therapy to be a space where you can be your authentic self without judgment. Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, relationships, identity, self-worth, or a major life transition, I want you to know that you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
I believe your experiences are part of your story, but they don’t have to define your future.
My goal is to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and create space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Your story matters. And you don’t have to walk through it alone.
