Strobles Outreach for Kingdom Kids is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization located in Clifton, New Jersey, dedicated to providing hope, guidance, and meaningful opportunities for youth and families experiencing challenging circumstances.

Through our Anchor 360 Youth and Family Stabilization Program and Your Success Lab, we provide a welcoming, supportive environment where young people can develop confidence, build positive relationships, strengthen essential life skills, and access resources that support their personal growth.

Our current youth and family support services include:

• Educational Support: Homework assistance, academic encouragement, and activities that promote learning and school engagement.
• Mentoring and Life Skills: Positive adult guidance, goal setting, communication skills, decision-making, and personal development
• Basic Needs Assistance: Access to clothing, school supplies, meals, snacks, hygiene items, and other essential resources as available.
• Youth Enrichment and Recreation: Structured activities, educational games, technology access, and opportunities for positive peer engagement.
• Family Support and Resource Navigation: Helping youth and families identify community resources, supportive services, and available assistance.
• Career Exploration and Readiness: Introducing young people to employment opportunities, resume preparation, and workplace expectations.

ANCHOR360 is also exploring partnerships with schools, child welfare agencies, and community organizations to develop a structured daytime referral option for youth temporarily out of school due to suspension or who need a safe, supportive daytime environment.

Our goal is to help young people remain engaged in positive activities, maintain educational connections, and receive guidance while navigating difficult circumstances. This daytime referral service is in development and is not yet an established placement program.

Who We Serve

We focus on supporting youth and families affected by foster care involvement, housing instability, financial hardship, educational challenges, and other circumstances that place young people at risk. Our ANCHOR360 program focuses on youth ages 16 to 21.

Our Mission

We believe every young person deserves a safe place to belong, a caring adult who believes in their potential, and the opportunity to build a brighter future.
