Our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive interfaith prayer community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can explore their spirituality, share in communal worship, and find belonging and joy.

Who We Serve
We particularly craft The Gatherings for those adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities who may live in group homes, attend respite programs, or live at home, and who may not have the opportunity to participate in a traditional prayer service. But ALL are welcome at The Gathering!

Our time together will include singing, discussions about the topic of the day, prayers for those gathered, celebrations of birthdays and other special events, and time for light refreshments and fellowship. Those who gather will be included in all aspects of our time together; it is meant just for them!
