The Love, Balance & Wellness Den, LLC is a behavioral health practice providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy and community-based services to youth, families, couples, and individuals. 

Our services include Intensive In-Community (IIC) AND Behavioral Assistance (BA) through the Children's System of Care (CSOC), as well as outpatient therapy focused on emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, family dynamics, and relational functioning. 

We also provide parent coaching and support to help caregivers strengthen communication, implement effective behavioral strategies, and feel more confident in managing their child's emotional and behavioral needs.

We utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, and family system therapy to support clients in achieving stability, improved functioning, and emotional wellness. 

Our team collaborates closely with care managers, schools, and community providers to ensure coordinated, strengths-based care tailored to each family's unique needs.
