The Work Group Counseling Center provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services for adolescents and adults. Our goal is to meet individuals where they are and provide practical, individualized support that promotes mental wellness, recovery, stability, independence, and long-term success.

Our Services:

Mental Health Counseling:
Individual, group, and family counseling for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment:
Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for individuals experiencing substance use concerns. Treatment focuses on recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, harm reduction when clinically appropriate, and developing healthier patterns of living.

Co-Occurring Treatment:
Integrated services for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use concerns, allowing treatment to address the whole person rather than treating each concern separately.

Psychiatric Services:
Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing medication monitoring are available as part of coordinated behavioral health treatment.

Adolescent Services:
Individual and group services designed to address the unique behavioral health, substance use, family, educational, and developmental needs of adolescents and young adults.

Peer Recovery Support:
Certified Peer Recovery Specialists provide recovery-oriented support, encouragement, resource navigation, and assistance connecting individuals with community-based services.

Case Management & Care Coordination:
Our team assists clients with accessing resources and coordinating services that support treatment, recovery, and overall stability.

Career Services:
Clients can receive individualized career support, including job-search assistance, résumé development, interview preparation, career exploration, workplace readiness, and job-retention support.

Our Approach

Our clinicians use client-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Services may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), psychoeducation, relapse-prevention strategies, skill development, and other clinically appropriate interventions.

We believe behavioral health treatment should address more than symptoms. Our team works with each individual to strengthen mental health, recovery, relationships, employment, education, coping skills, and overall quality of life.
