Thoughtful Therapists' have over 15 years of Outpatient and IIC experience working with youth 3-21 and their families across New Jersey. We specialize in Trauma-Focused-Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Other areas of specialty include ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Personality Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Behavior Management in home and school settings, Eating Disorders, Sexual Abuse, Greif and loss, and Abuse and Neglect. 

Thoughtful Therapist, LLC has become a strong advocate for families within their school and school districts. We provide advocacy and support with school avoidance, learning disabilities (Individualized Education Plans), and behavior management. 

Our therapists have years of experience working closely with CMO's and schools to provide wraparound services. The case managers we have worked with tend to refer our therapists time and again because of the wealth of experience and knowledge and results in healing youth.
