Unity Place of Monmouth County provides personalized mental health and substance use treatment for adults. With daytime and evening programs, we offer support that helps individuals build coping skills, strengthen independence, and work toward lasting recovery.

Mental Health Services
Our Partial Care, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Outpatient (OP) programs provide different levels of support based on individual needs. Treatment helps adults manage symptoms, develop healthy routines, improve daily functioning, and strengthen emotional well-being.

Substance Use Treatment
Our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs help adults address substance use, recognize triggers, develop relapse prevention skills, and build a foundation for recovery, with support for co-occurring mental health concerns. We also offer an all-women’s Substance Use IOP, providing a supportive, trauma-informed space to strengthen recovery while addressing self-worth, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, boundaries, and family dynamics.

Specialized Groups
We offer groups addressing women’s wellness, trauma, relationships, young adult mental health, and other recovery needs. Evening options provide flexibility for individuals balancing treatment with work, family, and daily responsibilities.

Our team uses evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to develop treatment plans that reflect each person’s strengths, needs, and goals.
