Wellness Hills Mental Health Treatment is a licensed behavioral health facility located at 425 Main St, Floor 1, Chester, NJ 07930 (NJ DOH License No. 70290104). The center offers inpatient mental health placement, partial care (PC), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, and psychiatry services. IOP runs three to five days per week in daytime or evening formats. PC provides structured clinical care five to six days per week.
