Community Advancement and Behavioral Transformation (CAABT) is an in-home therapy provider. We offer in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole. Our therapists have extensive experience in working with children youth and families presenting with a wide array of social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues.

The Community Care Connection (CCC), a "Warm Line", connects Ocean and Monmouth County residents to the closest donation site to them for essential resources, including hard-to-locate items like diapers and pet food. By fostering a system of replenishment, the CCC Line uplifts, prevents crises, and strengthens community connections.

We are a Child Care Resource and Referral agency that assists families throughout Middlesex & Somerset counties. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to children, their families, and child care professionals through education, advocacy, referrals and access to financial assistance.

Community Clinical Services promotes the health and wellness of the whole individual. We understand the importance of creating and maintaining a unique balance between an individual's emotional, mental, and physical well-being, with each being an integral piece to healing and preserving a healthy lifestyle.

Community FoodBank of New Jersey's mission is to fight hunger and poverty in New Jersey by assisting those in need and seeking long-term solutions. We will engage, educate, and empower all sectors of society in the battle.

We provide legal and advocacy services, training, education, and related activities to persons with disabilities and, in certain issues, to organizations representing their interests, with an emphasis on those most vulnerable and needy.

A nationally-based nonprofit organization headquartered in Princeton, Community Options believes in the dignity of every person and in the freedom of all people to experience the highest degree of self-determination. Community Options provides housing, support services, and advocacy assistance to help empower people with disabilities.

Community Options, Inc. develops residential and employment support for people with severe disabilities, utilizing technology and training. As a national agency, Community Options has participated in institutional closure and community residential placement for thousands of people across several states.

Community Supports Network provides services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including community-based supports, individual supports and supported employment. Community Supports Network also provides employment supports through the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation services in northern New Jersey.

CTS provides prevention and community services to youth and families in Burlington County and the surrounding areas. Services include Treatment Homes, Therapeutic Supervised Visitation, and Functional Family Therapy.

Compass ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy provides in-home and telehealth services for children and young adults with autism and their families.

Compassionate Counseling Services currently services the Monmouth County area, providing flexible and time-limited counseling services to children and families in their home environment and community.

Connect Family Center Inc. is a faith based non-profit family support organization and a behavioral health agency established in 2003. Our mission is healing families. At Connect Family Center we provide IIC/BA - intensive in home and in community behavioral assistance, individual, marriage and family therapy, social services, community outreach and wrap around supportive care services to at risk children and families throughout the State of New Jersey and beyond. Our licensed and professional staff are dedicated and committed to strengthening the family and promoting individual and family well-being.

Connecting NJ is a network of partners and agencies dedicated to helping New Jersey families thrive. We provide mothers, fathers, grandparents, and guardians free or affordable access to people, organizations, and other sources of information needed to raise healthy children.

Constance Okafor, PMHNP-BC, DBH provides patient-centered care for teens to seniors, combining therapy, medication, and holistic strategies. With 18+ years in healthcare, she brings expertise, compassion, and a commitment to helping each person achieve lasting mental wellness.

We offer counseling services utilizing animal-assisted interventions as well as nature-based therapy experiences. Although not exclusive, we do offer specialized services to support those with autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities. We are proud to support LGBTQI+ individuals and service adults and families as well.
